Happy Easter
Today the grandchildren & great grandchildren went to Grandma and Grandpa Whitney's for an Easter Egg Hunt. There was snow on the ground so the hunt was indoors. Grandma had it in the basement, the kids went in 3 shifts according to their age. The parents hid the eggs for the kids to find. They got 6 eggs with coins in them and then 1 with chocolate treats in it. Grandma made lots of food as she always does, there were Egg sandwiches, potato salad with eggs, rice krispies treats & Aunt Tiffany's yummy chocolate cake. The kids got to decorate door hangers with stickers and had fun putting the stickers on everything and everyone. I think that everyone had a fun time despite the fact that they couldn't go outside and run around. We missed not having Debbie, Jeff and their children, as well as Tiffany, Brandon and their boys. Thanks Mom & Dad for the fun.

We sure enjoyed seeing your Mom and Dad here in sunny AZ. They are such fun people and even though it had been a long time since we had seen them, it made no difference. I'm glad they got home safe and I am sure they are missing our warm weather.
